Direction Journal

Alexander Technique International
Many of those associated with Ukata are also members of ATI. ATI is an organization that expressly bases its organisational process on the discoveries and principles of F. M. Alexander.

General Information
Robert Rickover's site is one of the most comprehensive sources of information about all things Alexander. Almost every Alexander site on the internet is linked up to this site.

Finding Teachers
With its own international directory of teachers, and portal links to Societies, this site gives you easy access to finding Alexander teachers and training schools anywhere in the world.
